Rules

How to play

1. Step up to the V-darts machine at the Next Tech stand.
2. Throw three darts. Your three-dart total is your score for the throw.
3. A miss counts as a thrown dart. There are no retakes.
4. Tell our team your first name, email, and company so we can record it.

How often you can throw

Each player gets one morning throw and one afternoon throw per day of the conference. Morning closes at 12:30 AEST, afternoon runs to close of stand.

Conference days:

• Wed 29 Apr (2026-04-29)
• Thu 30 Apr (2026-04-30)
• Fri 1 May (2026-05-01)

Prizes

• Daily delegate prize: Terrasphere Electronic Dartboard — awarded each day to the delegate with the highest combined AM+PM score for that day.
• Grand delegate prize: Steam Deck 512GB OLED — awarded at end-of-conference to the delegate with the highest cumulative score across all six throws.
• Sponsor prize: Terrasphere Electronic Dartboard — awarded to the sponsor with the highest cumulative score.

How ties are broken

1. Higher total score wins.
2. If totals are equal, the player with the better single-throw score wins.
3. If still tied, whoever reached the score first wins.

The fine print

• One entry per session per day. The system blocks duplicates.
• Scores are recorded by Next Tech staff at the stand. If you think something's off, ask us — we can fix it on the spot.
• Daily winners are announced at end-of-day at the Next Tech stand.
• Grand prize and sponsor prize are announced at the close of the conference.
